One you’ve decided on your favourite products, you can place an order on our website, without the need of creating an account in order to buy them. The buying process is very easy, following the steps above:

  1. Choose the product or products you wish, using the “Add to cart” button found on each product’s page, under the price.
  2. Access “Your Basket” page from the site’s menu to view the added products.
  3. In the lower side of the “Your Basket” page, click on “Proceed to Checkout” and you will be directed to the checkout page.
  4.  In “Checkout” you have to complete the delivery information fields and choose a payment method.
  5. The final step is clicking on “Place order” and we will receive your order and send you a confirmation email on the email address provided.

What are the payment options?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express and PayPal through our fully secured shopping system.

What is the availability of a specific item?

Before you select a product to purchase, you can find an indication of the current lead time for delivery on the product page.

Is delivery free for any product?

Yes, all of our products have free delivery to your door.

Order confirmation

After successfully placing an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail on the e-mail address provided, containing information about ordered products as well as a confirmation number. Please use this number for any questions about your order. If a confirmation e-mail has not been received, please also check the spam folder of your e-mail.

How do I make changes to my order?

Simply e-mail or call us and let us know what you wish to change, whether is something about a product or delivery information. You can find all our contact info here.

How do I use a discount coupon?

You can enter your coupon code the “Your Basket” page, before finishing your order.

How can i delay or cancel an order?

Whatever the reason, you can cancel your online order at any time prior to delivery with no charges. Please contact us on e-mail or on phone as soon as you decided to delay or cancel an order. Once we’ve confirmed that we’ve received your cancellation pre delivery, you’ll receive a full refund to the original payment method used to pay for the order.

Do you offer assembly services?

At the moment we are unable to offer assembly services, but each product that needs assembly comes with detailed assembly instructions.

Does my product require assembly?

On each product page, under the “Specification” section you can find the “Assembly Required” field which will give you information regarding if this is required or not. Products that need to be assembled come with easy to follow detailed instructions

How to make sure my product will fit?

Detailed info about sizes can be found on each product’s page under the Specification section. Please make sure there is enough space available for the assembled products to fit through your doors and stairways and the chosen space, measuring them as carefully as possible.

Product colours

Product colour info can be found under the Specification section of each product’s page.

Products from the same collections will always match colours with each other. If you are not sure if they are from the same collection, please check the Specifications and see the colour info. For example, a white product described as warm white will use the same colour as other warm white products.

Product materials

Each product on our portfolio is carefully selected to use quality materials for a long life span. On each product’s page you can check the materials used for it’s construction.

I like a product but i need different dimensions

Most of our products are already in stock and we are unable to make modifications. However, we aim to please every customer and we might be able to make some adjustments . Please contact us on email ( office@moobler.co.uk ) letting us know your needs and we will respond shortly.

Out of stock product

If your desired product looks to be out of stock at the moment, feel free to contact us for information about the date it will be available again.

Damaged item

We, at Moobler, hope to meet every customer’s expectation and we take extra care in packaging our products, but we know that sometimes things can go wrong and there can be situations that will require replacement of a product or a piece of a product. Please contact us, attaching pictures of the damaged item as well as any detail you might have and we will proceed in replacing it as fast as possible.

How do i return my product?

If you decided not to keep your purchase just notify us in writing within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order. Simply drop us a line on office@moobler.co.uk letting us know that you no longer wish to keep your product along with the reason for it. Please ensure any item for return is in the condition that you received it. Once you have confirmation that we’ve received your cancellation and the item is back in our warehouse and has been inspected, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method you used, less the cost of the collection of the item.
